At HPS QR Menu, we respect your right to control your data. If you would like your account information or related data removed from our systems, please follow the instructions below.
1. Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, send an email to:
support@hpsqrmenu.com
Please include:
- Your full account email address
- Your account or business name
- A clear request stating that you want your account deleted
2. What Will Be Deleted
Once your request is verified and processed, we will remove:
- Your account profile information
- Stored menu content
- QR code configurations
- Associated analytics data where applicable
- Stored preferences related to your account
3. What May Be Retained
Certain limited records may be retained when required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Billing record retention
- Security monitoring
4. Processing Time
Most verified deletion requests are processed within 7 to 14 business days.
5. Social Login and Connected Accounts
If you connected a third-party login provider such as Google, Meta, or other services, you may also remove app access directly from your provider account settings.
